STERN ERA AND ERA-RV
ลักษณะทั่วไปของผลิตภัณฑ์
- เป็นอุปกรณ์ precision attachment ที่เชื่อมติดกับ crown
- ตัวล๊อกตัวผู้และเมียมีความหยืดหยุ่น
- ตัวผู้ทำด้วยวัสดุไนล่อน ตัวเมียเป็นพลาสติกที่ละลายในช่วงเผาออกไปได้
- สามารถเชื่อมตัวเมียกับแบบแว๊กของชิ้นงานเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกันเพื่อสำหรับทำ casting ได้ ตัวเมียมีการออกแบบเพื่อหลบจุดสูงสุดของเหงือก(interdental papillar) ความสูงมีให้เลือก (2.5-4.5 mm.)

- สามารถเปลี่ยนตัวผู้ภายใน 10 นาทีโดยใช้ acrylic(self cure)
- มีตัวผู้ 2 แบบให้เลือก แบบมาตรฐาน(Standard ERA), แบบสั้น(ERA-RV)
การเชื่อมติดกับชิ้นงาน
ตัวผู้ ใช้เครื่องมือที่ให้มาใส่ตัวผู้เข้าไปโดยตรงในฐานฟันปลอมโดยใช้ acrylic(self cure) ยึด
ตัวเมีย เชื่อมเข้ากับแพทเทินขี้ผึ่งเพื่อทำคาส cast ต่อไป
Metal jacket โลหะปกติจะหนาราว 0.3mm.
ให้เพิ่มความหนาเป็น 1.0mm. ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยมีการบดเคี้ยวที่รุนแรงเป็นนิสัย
